1. 基本方針

筋トレログ（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。 本アプリは、トレーニング記録をすべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存し、開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。 開発者を含む第三者が、利用者のトレーニング記録データにアクセスすることはありません。 ただし本アプリは広告（Google AdMob）を表示するため、広告配信に必要な情報が Google に送信されます（詳細は「5. 広告について」）。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先などの個人情報を収集しません。 利用者が入力するトレーニング記録（種目・重量・回数・時間・距離・カロリー・メモ等）は、端末内のローカルデータベースにのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。

一方、広告表示のために組み込んでいる Google AdMob は、広告の配信・測定・不正防止のために、 広告識別子（Advertising ID）や端末情報、おおよその利用状況などを収集・利用することがあります。これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

3. 情報の送信・共有

本アプリは、利用者のデータを外部へ自動送信することはありません。 「シェア」機能を利用した場合に限り、利用者自身の操作により、その日のトレーニング内容をまとめた画像が生成され、利用者が選択したアプリ（SNS 等）へ共有されます。共有するか否か、どこへ共有するかはすべて利用者が決定します。

4. バックアップ / 書き出し

利用者は「データ」設定から、記録を JSON / CSV ファイルとして端末に書き出せます。書き出したファイルの保存先・共有先の管理は利用者の責任で行われます。

5. 広告について

本アプリは、Google AdMob によるバナー広告を表示します。動画広告・全画面（インタースティシャル）広告は使用しません。 AdMob は広告の配信・測定のために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）等の情報を収集・共有します。取り扱いの詳細および目的は、下記の Google のポリシーをご確認ください。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイス等の利用者には、必要に応じて広告の同意（Google UMP）ダイアログを表示します。

6. 権限

本アプリは、広告の配信のためにインターネット接続（INTERNET 権限）を利用します。また、記録の書き出し・共有に必要な範囲でのみ端末機能を利用します。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としていませんが、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。

8. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよびアプリの更新情報でお知らせします。

1. Overview

Workout Tracker ("the App") is designed with privacy first. All training records are stored only on the user's device and are never transmitted to the developer's servers. No third party, including the developer, can access the user's training records. However, the App displays ads (Google AdMob), so information required for ad delivery is sent to Google (see "5. Advertising").

2. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect personal information such as name, email address, location, or contacts. Training records entered by the user (exercise, weight, reps, duration, distance, calories, notes, etc.) are stored solely in a local database on the device and are not transmitted.

Separately, Google AdMob, integrated for showing ads, may collect and use the Advertising ID, device information, and approximate usage data to deliver, measure, and protect ads against fraud. This is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

3. Sharing of Information

The App does not automatically transmit any user data. Only when the user explicitly uses the "Share" feature, an image summarizing that day's workout is generated and shared to an app of the user's choice (e.g., social media). The user decides whether and where to share.

4. Backup / Export

Users may export their records as JSON / CSV files from the "Data" settings. Managing the exported files is the user's responsibility.

5. Advertising

The App displays banner ads via Google AdMob. It does not use video or full-screen (interstitial) ads. AdMob collects and shares information such as the Advertising ID to deliver and measure ads. For details and purposes, please review Google's policies:

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, Switzerland, etc., a consent dialog (Google UMP) is shown when required.

6. Permissions

The App uses Internet access (INTERNET permission) to deliver ads. It also uses device features only as needed for exporting and sharing records.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not target a specific age group and does not collect personal information from any user.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page and in the app's release notes.
